Parity Update
Parity for Addiction and Mental Health may be the most important piece of federal legislation affecting the EA field, and most importantly, our clients, in more than a decade. The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) has put together a Public Policy Alert which explains where things stand today and advocates for involvement on the part of all addiction
professionals.
Give Us Your Opinion!
The EAPA Role Delineation Survey was emailed on July 10 to 3,000 EAPA members and CEAPs selected at random. The end result will be the new EAP Role Delineation and, ultimately, the
blueprint for the new CEAP certification exams. Please return your survey responses promptly. A PDH will be awarded to all those who complete the survey.
Using Blogs to Stay Current
